I initially sought out Dr. Q to treat pelvic floor discomfort, but soon learned that pelvic health connects to other components of health and well-being. I picked up running as a hobby last year. Dr. Q has helped me strengthen my core, pelvic muscles, and glutes to support greater strength and endurance with running. I will be running my first 1/2 marathon in June and couldn't do so without Dr. Q's guidance. She prescribes individualized home exercise programs to support carryover of skills with both written and video instruction. She has also reached out between races to check in on my progress. Definitely seek out Dr. Q!
